Seif Saghri
Chief Executive Officer
Seif has a 20-year track record of founding and building innovative, profitable businesses that deliver high shareholder investment returns. In 1999 he founded Motivano to fill a technology and service gap in the Employee Benefits Market. He backed his vision with over $1.5 million of his own capital. Today, Motivano is a profitable company that serves more than 5,000 corporate and government clients, and their two million-plus employees. Prior to Motivano, Seif founded LCR Telecom in 1995. Within 4 years, LCR had expanded into eight countries, employed 200 employees, attracted 10,000 corporate clients, and generated $50 million in revenue. By July 1999, LCR had become one of Europe's most profitable telecom resellers, when Seif sold in an all cash deal on a company valuation of $70 million. Before LCR, Seif founded Infolines Ltd in 1992, and built it into the UK's second largest independent payphone company. He and the other founding shareholders exited the business at an enterprise value of over $10 million. In 2000, Seif was chosen as one of five successful European-based entrepreneurs to speak at Harvard Business School's Annual Conference on Entrepreneurship, its largest yearly event. Seif holds a BA from Trinity College, Connecticut.


John Zdanowicz
Vice President, Operations
John joined Motivano Card Services with more than 13 years experience in Client Services and Customer Support. John was previously employed by WildCard Systems. WildCard is the technology leader for electronic host based stored value cards, virtual stored value accounts, Internet payment systems and web-based payment application solutions. In his 7-year tenure at WildCard, John was engaged in all aspects of client management, inclusive of portfolio development, solution definition and implementation, service level delivery, quality process improvement and product/feature design. As Solution Center Director, John was responsible for resource planning and forecasting for a staff of 300+ Support Members. John was most recently responsible for the definition, implementation and management of service and product solutions for multiple products and vertical markets. John joined WildCard Systems in May of 1999 and was an instrumental contributor, helping to develop the organization from a VC start up to the market leader, resulting in its recent acquisition by eFunds Corp. At Motivano, John is responsible for all aspects of client services, including strategy definition, implementations; help desk, account development, and client services support technology. John brings with him a history of excellence in customer satisfaction, integration of technology solutions, team leadership, project management, and customer care strategy development. John holds an MBA and a BA in Business Administration from University of Florida.


Chip Hunziker
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Chip Hunziker has over 20 years of experience in the health care, financial services and employee benefits industries. Prior to joining Motivano in 2006, Chip was the Healthcare Practice Leader for Verus Card Services, Inc., at that time the nation’s tenth largest non-bank payment processor, where he was responsible for developing payment solutions surrounding consumer directed healthcare initiatives. From 1998 to 2004, Chip was the founder and President of Healthy Connections, a disease management and 24-hr nurse call center where he raised investment capital, lead the business development team and was responsible for day-to-day operations. Healthy Connections was initially acquired by a publicly traded company and later sold to a group of private investors. Additionally he served as Corporate Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Housecall Medical Resources, Inc. a 230 million dollar publicly traded provider of home health care services. At Motivano Chip is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where he is responsible for business development, the management of the company’s national sales team, development of Motivano’s distribution channels, and all marketing initiatives. Chip received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.


Barbara Swain
Director, HR & Office Management
Barbara possesses more than 20 years of management experience in both public and private organizations. Prior to joining Motivano, she was Manager of Training and Development with Stream, an outsource customer interaction center, where she managed 8 Trainers and 25 Associate Trainers. Prior to Stream, Barbara was Vice President and co-owner of Ontario Business College, an organization with $12 million in annual revenue, where she managed program design and development for 12 college locations, as well as the establishment and maintenance of government and association relationships. She was instrumental in implementing system-wide policies, procedures and quality control processes. Barbara’s role at Motivano includes establishing and maintaining all personnel policies & procedures, corporate compliance, and facilities management. Barbara holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Education from the University of Western Ontario and the University of Toronto, and is an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).
